Default Removing the Xbox 360 Case.

There is a few items than can be used to open the console you can even make your own stencil out of a plastic DVD spindle or other materials I know a guy that uses a tooth pick to great effect being almost as fast as using the unlock kit.

The main factor is not to cause damage to the console case I’m sure you can use your imagination. However opening the console voids all warranty!!

The first step is to make sure there is no power going to the console, then start by removing the Xbox HDD followed by both of the side grilles and the front face plate.

To remove the HDD simply press the release button.

hi nealh the unlock kits are widely available online from xbox modders shops or ebay there is a couple of makes but i would suggest the team xecuter one complete with t10 screw driver although the xcm do the same job the screw driver alters slightly.

EXAMPLES
eBay.co.uk: XBOX 360 - Official Team Xecuter Unlock Kit V2 (item 180121216016 end time 21-Jul-07 15:01:08 BST)

eBay.co.uk: CASE UNLOCK KIT FOR XBOX 360 BY XCM (item 320081339740 end time 10-Jul-07 20:06:01 BST)
