I managed to bump up My Index rating as I just purchased a little better graphics card. ATI Radeon X1600 512MB DDR2. Everything looks much better

Well I finally got my build at least to a decent liking as I want a new monitor and SATA ODD's but that won't bump up my ratings anyhow.
