Puppy Linux
I've been playing around with Puppy Linux for a few days and I'm pretty impressed with it's functionality for such a small app (94MB). I installed it on, and have been booting and running it from, a USB stick. I'm still learning my way around but it's pretty straight forward.
 Vista, possibly the safest OS yet...even virus' have incompatibility issues.
