well I got the NEW Western Ditial Scorpio drive today and installed Vista Ultimate on it.
so far I am impressed ... 5.8 on the Vista Rating scores ...

Great thread simple.

although i was partially concerned with you given the title of the thread " slowly turning " LMAO ......

If your system has the power and balls to handle Vista even 64 then it tramples over XP .. Period.

Things naturally move on. As will OS's when more power is made.

I really like Vista 64. Best OS i have ever used. Its quick , allows high amounts of memory and just gives users great power at our fingertips.

If your mobo has NCQ function.
Enable.
Then your WD Scorpio will get 5.9.

click start in the search bar type in desktop icons you'll find it simple i have faith buddy if i was on my home machine i could tell you exactly but im on the laptop.
