Hopefully, Windows 7 will actually be an upgraded OS and not another XP makeover.
Vista, possibly the safest OS yet...even virus' have incompatibility issues.

I think MS has realized they need to make an OS for business not just techies, I assuming that Windows 7 will be just that, plus another 400USD for a new OS.

And don't forget all those that hate Vista and awaiting Windows Se7en to actually move from XP to a new OS that it is rumored and still standing strong that the OS is going to be subscription base. What does that mean you ask?
1. It'll be cheaper to but but by how much?
2. After 1 year you'll need to pay again to continue usage and or get updates etc....
So let's hope it won't be subscription base. I can care less if it is going to cost 400 USD or such personally. If it is truly a good OS they'll make their money back easily.
I'm just a spammer!

I agree with your stance 100% Charlie, its just a shame that all the people that wasted their money on Vista will have to buy another OS, MS is not the biggest Software company in the World for nothing.
