Default unbuntu.....

Hi
Those of you considering alternatives to MS OS'es.
Think about this .............. unbuntu.
You can run from "live CD" so no changes made to your PC.
Be aware though that when installing to PC.
If using Raid .... don't bother. Not that it is impossible, just mind numbing to overcome problems.
If using SATA it is best to have the HDD first in line to avoid booting problems. These too are solvable, but again taxes the brain to a point where you wonder if it's worth it.

I also suggest using the Wubi application to install Ubuntu & Kubuntu. It makes the whole process a lot simpler.

Nextburner, if you don't get an answer to your question, try the Ubuntu Forum:

Hi
I have no idea, as I haven't had that problem.
Fonts are same size.
For me.
Although a easy fix, would be to change screen resolution.

Hi
Flash does work, just about.
Yake the clock here, it is a play button you click.
Then "Hey Presto!!" you have got your clock.
Skeletal version.
