Does your work PC have a bootable CD-ROM drive? If so, you might be able to get BartPE to work. Check the link and review the site for details.

BartPE looks complicated to me ... not sure it it Worth the hassle just to defrag a drive.

I used it to make a Kaspersky Virus Scan boot cd and it was not at all tough to do... Wish I could find, I'd try it out... I don't use Kaspersky anymore, but it had something that assisted the process... here is a link to something on their site about the subject that may help.
