Default Emailing a video fragment

I need to email a fragment of a video that I extracted with DVDShrink from a movie. What's the best format for emailing that fragment? How can convert it to that format with Nero 7, if possible?

Why are Slysoft Products the number 1 users choice ? ....
AnyDVD works in the background to automatically remove the copy protection of a DVD movie as soon as it's inserted into the drive, allowing you then to backup the movie using a DVD backup tool such as CloneDVD / CloneDVD mobile / 1ClickDVDCopy . You can also remove the RPC region code.

If your using GMail

How do I send a movie file "clip" via Picasa? To send a movie file via Picasa you will need to use your default email client or Gmail. Follow these steps before sending a movie file via your e-mail client:

1. Open Picasa.
2. Click "Tools".
3. Click "Options."
4. Click the "E-Mail" tab.
5. Set the "When sending movies:" option to "Full Movie."
6. Click "OK."

Please note that even small movie files tend to be very large in file size and both the Picasa Mail and Gmail services limit each message to a maximum of 10 MB. Also, it may take a very long time to send the email. We would recommend against sending movie files to people using dial up Internet connections because it may take hours for them to download the file

Different Email Servers Info requirements Here

Browse for the video files you want to use and highlight them before you click the Open button.

Why not use a file sharing service. There are some free ones, try Zshare. As for the format I would recommend an ISO file.
