roflmao.... so basically i have loads of software that will create iso's but which one is the best

Well simple the best answer is to try each one fairly and then stick with what you like. I am curious if you do this to state the pros and cons for each as well.

You can use the ISO mode in CloneDVD2 I don't use it all that much unless needed now days.
