Server Loads: 6.68 2.17 : 1.09 not all the time but some of the time...

I click on a link and goes to blue screen for a second or two then post pops up this happens to me all the time and only here!

same thing here. I click a link and have a blue screen for about 10 seconds before the page is displayed. But it has always been that way for this site for me...
