Default Clone DVD2 problem

Hello
I've been absent for quite awhile but now ready to tackle my problem with Any DVD and Clone DVD2.
Was all working fine until I installed an upgrade a few months ago (modified 4/24/09). Now getting messages like;
Clone DVD2 is not for use in copying protected DVD's
Many DVD's are content scramblin System (CSS) encoded,
which is a copy-protection file system.
If a DVD is CSS encoded then the DVD Reader will refuse to access the disc.
Therefore Clone DVD2 cannot read the files and make a copy.

and

Creation of DVD files was not successful
C:\Program Files\ELABORATE BYTES\Clone DVD2\erase\PAL\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO:unable to open file.
__________________________________________________ ___________________

The System cannot find the file specified. Please be sure that all required files are available and try again.

DETAILS;
File OC:\Program Files\Elaborate Bytes\Clone DVD2\erase\PAL\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO 2TCE
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Having received this information I then opened Any DVD from the Desktop and got this message.

Summary for drive F: (any DVD 6.4.6.9)
ASUS DVD - E616A CP08DB051102 Drive (Haredward)Region: 1

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), layers: 1

Total Size: 2250760 sectors (4396 bytes)

Video DVD (or CD) label: THE SCALPHUNTERS

Media is CSS protected!
Video Standard: NTSC
Media is locked to region(s): 1!

RCE protection not found.
Structural copy protection not found.
Autorun not found on Video DVD
Bad sector protection not found.
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!

Being "Old" I don't have a clue what all this means which is why I am seeking guidance.

Is there someway I can uninstall and re-install an earlier version?
Have I "toggled" the wrong switch?
Help me, Help me, Heeeeeeeeeellllllllllp Me!

CloneDVD wont work on commercial DVDs unless u have AnyDVD running. Try with uninstalling both CloneDVD and AnyDVD and then reboot. Then install the latest releases of both of them and start over trying to backup the DVD in question.

Very nice and appears to have corrected the problem. I save my keys and just had to restart (seperately) when instructed.
Working alright now.
Thanks again.

Just a suggestion,
but not a good idea to have email address on an open forum.
