Anyone got any answers as to why everything is too big for my 17'' monitor.

Especially here and on ebay. Notice bottom slide bar in screenshots.

It's funny you mention this, because I have the same problem lately. Random pages on this site and others need slide bar on the bottom too.

I guess vinny is smarter than both of us! You do know how to change the resolution though, correct.

I think the browser setting & screen resolution are one in the same with this issue.

first look under tools top right then internet options then advanced tab then at the bottom click on reset explorer to default condition try that first!

also look under page tab check compatibility view settings that should be checked to display all web sites in compatibility view, zoom should be at 100% text med and style at default this is all I can think of at the moment
