Default Early issues (minor)

I am having issues trying to change from the internal burner to the VSO burner, it keeps going to the "not responding, send report to microsoft" warning. When I click the "don't send" button, the program shuts itself down.

Possible conflict with another program running in the back ground?

Any ideas?

In the end, when its all said and done,,, will any of this really matter?

Why are Slysoft Products the number 1 users choice ? ....
AnyDVD works in the background to automatically remove the copy protection of a DVD movie as soon as it's inserted into the drive, allowing you then to backup the movie using a DVD backup tool such as CloneDVD / CloneDVD mobile / 1ClickDVDCopy . You can also remove the RPC region code.

Fuji ...Is this the full version you just installed ? sounds like a possible conflict with another program . Have you installed any new programs since installing Apollo ? I would suggest deleting Apollo and reinstalling it as it may have missed something in the new install ...let me know

this is from their web site..... Can other software conflict with the operation of Apollo DVD Copy?
- Some packet writing software will constantly talk to your CD/DVD writer, and can cause a number of issues while our program try to burn a DVD. Please disable these software if you experience problems. Well known packet writing software includes: InCD,Veritas Record Now, DLA, B's Clip, DirectCD, and InstantRead/InstantWrite.
- Some anti-virus software can cause errors while burning. If you experience problems while burning, you can disable the software temporarily by right clicking on the icon in the lower right side of the task bar. When the burn is complete, the software can be reactivated. Well known anti-virus software includes: McAfee virusscan and Norton AntiVirus.

Yes I do get that image. Then directly after I click "OK", is when it goes into what I described above. Yes this is the full version.
I sent support an email also. So we'll see how they respond to their customer support.

In the end, when its all said and done,,, will any of this really matter?

Not sure what the deal is, I uninstalled then reinstalled and all is good now. I can change back and forth to which ever burner I choose without issues. I did not do a seek-n-destroy removal, just a typical uninstall.

Since your prior install of Apollo, did you by chance update any other program which also uses the VSO burning engine. The problems sounds like conflicts with the PC drivers used by Apollo and other burn programs.

It was just a thought; I had some burning issues with Apollo last week, or the other day, and after I installed the latest update those were solved. Anyways, fuji has her working again and thats what counts.
