If you read the Slysoft forums it is apparent that the real changes were all in the first line of the changelog. Each beta fixed some new BD+ discs but not all. Each new beta fixed issues with more BD+ discs. The release notes were actually correct.

They have to be perfect Vinman, thats why they are betas. Adding more Bluray BD+ Titles in every version ( I think).
