Default

4th Tab : - WOPC:

WOPC (Walking Optimal Power Control) is a technology that dynamically adjusts the laser power rate according to disc condition. BenQ DVDRW products, by default, have this function enabled to maximise writing quality. BenQ suggest that if your media is top quality, you can disable this function, Doing so is likely to reduce burn time. Also if media is exceptionally poor (DVD-R) & burning at low speed (<4x) in an effort to have a successful burn. Disable WOPC.

Settings. WOPC is enabled by default. Selecting WOPC disabled is a temporal setting. That is temporary.
On reboot WOPC is enabled.
