To start download QSuite 2.1 here:

If a BenQ/Philips (or clone) drive that supports QSuite is not the 1st in line then you will get a a window warning to point out that QSuite only supports selective BenQ drives. Plus advice to read online manual etc. Just click OK.



This will then give a dialog window saying “Sorry, QSuite is exclusive to BenQ drives. For product information please visit BenQ. http://globalbenq.com/. Again just click OK.



This should give the following screen. Select drive as shown.



This should in turn present you with this screen. If QSuite supports the first drive, this is the screen that you'll get from the beginning.
